Independent Contractor Position – Part-Time to Full-Time

Location: Serenity Family and Individual Counseling | Downtown Wadsworth, OH

Serenity Family and Individual Counseling is a growing private practice located in the heart of downtown Wadsworth. In response to increasing demand, we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate licensed therapist or counselor to join our team as an independent contractor, with flexible part-time to full-time hours available.

Qualifications:

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology

• Active Ohio license (LPC, LPCC, LPCC-S, LSW, LISW, LISW-S, MFT, IMFT, or IMFT-S)

• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience

• Current malpractice insurance

• Trauma-informed and affirming of LGBTQIA+ clients

 

Preferred Qualities:

• Comfortable working independently and collaboratively

• Professional, reliable, and motivated

• Interest in working with couples and families is a plus (but not required)
