Serenity Family and Individual Counseling is a small private practice in downtown Wadsworth. Due to high demand, we are seeking a Counselor/Therapist/Clinical Social Worker to fill a part-time to full-time independent contractor position.

Supervision is provided if you are not independently licensed. All team members collaborate once per week in a quiet and friendly environment. You will be provided with a furnished office equipped with all of your needs. You are free to redecorate and make your office look and feel how you want. You will also be provided with your own phone line, fax, email address, and EHR software.

Qualifications:

Must have a Master's or Doctoral Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, and/or Psychology and licensed as a LPC, LPCC, LPCC-S, LSW, LISW, LISW-S, MFT, IMFT, and/or IMFT-S with a minimum of 2 years clinical experience. Must have adequate malpractice insurance.
The ideal candidate is one who gets along well with others, is professional, and motivated. We are looking for someone who can work independently and willing to work as a team. There is a high demand for marriage and family therapy at this practice, so someone who likes to work with couples/families would be ideal (not required). Being trauma informed and accepting of LBGTQA+ is required.
