Coping Skills Group
Who: The Group will be open to adults 17 and older who would like help in improving relationships and managing emotions in a more productive manner.
What : DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy) provides an evidence – based treatment for issues related to mood regulation and interpersonal relationship repair and maintenance.
The Goal : Learn and practice coping skills in a structured and supportive environment.
When : This Group will begin on October 2nd, 2023
It will run every Monday from 6 pm to 7:30 pm
